  • 1 small head green cabbage
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 6 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 8 radishes
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 bay leaves

    • 6 ounces pork tenderloin
    • 1 jalapeño chile
    • ½ medium avocado
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 1 large yellow onion
    • 3 cups canned hominy
    • ½ teaspoon salt
