Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour, divided

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless Boston butt pork roast, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • ¾ cup warm fat-free milk (100° to 110°)

    • 12 romaine lettuce leaves
    • 1 package dry yeast (about 2 1/4 teaspoons)
    • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
    • 1 ½ pounds boneless Boston butt pork roast, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
    • ¾ cup warm fat-free milk (100° to 110°)
    • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
    • 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
    • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
    • 3 tablespoons sugar
    • Cooking spray
