Sweet-And-Sour Spareribs
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups vinegar
- Cheesecloth
- 2 pounds pork spareribs
- 3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
Place ribs on rack in a broiler pan 6 to 7 inches from heating element. Broil 2 minutes. Place sugar in cheesecloth, and tie securely. Dip into vinegar. Rub cheesecloth bag over ribs several times. Continue broiling ribs 8 minutes, basting frequently. Turn ribs, and broil an additional 8 minutes,...
