Sweet-And-Sour Spareribs

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups vinegar
  • Cheesecloth
  • 2 pounds pork spareribs
  • 3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar

Place ribs on rack in a broiler pan 6 to 7 inches from heating element. Broil 2 minutes. Place sugar in cheesecloth, and tie securely. Dip into vinegar. Rub cheesecloth bag over ribs several times.
