Sweet Chili and Root Beer Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

  • Kosher salt
  • ¼ cup root beer
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce, preferably Mae Ploy brand
  • ¼ cup plus 2 Tbs. kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
  • 2 Tbs. hot chili sauce, preferably Sriracha
  • 2 racks baby back pork ribs (about 5 lb. total), silverskin removed
