Tequila-Marinated Pork Tenderloin


  • 2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins
  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 3 T fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 ½ c vegetable oil
  • 1 c tequila
  • ¼ c fresh lime juice
  • 1 T pepper
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 t salt

Make small slits in the pork tenderloins and insert the garlic slices. Place the pork in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with the rosemary.
