Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1½ teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

Combine the soy sauce, oil, sugar, sherry, vinegar, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes, and stir until the sugar dissolves. Transfer to a resealable plastic bag and add the pork tenderloin.
