1 2 3 Molasses Cake

Ingredients

• 1 stick(s) margarine
• 2 Eggs
• 3 cup(s) self-rising flour
• 2 cup(s) molasses, (Brer Rabbit Syrup)
• 1 teaspoon(s) all-spice

Mix melted butter, eggs and molasses until creamy. Add flour and mix until smooth batter. Pour into 8 in. x 8 in. greased pan. Bake at 325° until done. Do not over cook! If you want it sweeter, add 1/4 cup sugar.
