10 Minute Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 Blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 egg whites
  • ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ cup unsweetened natural applesauce
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
    • 1 to 2 scoops of natural protein powder
    • 1 cup old-fashioned oats

1. Whisk together first 9 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spray a frying pan with a natural cooking spray or butter and cook pancakes in batches 2 to 3 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Top with blueberries and serve.
