Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) oil
  • 1 cup(s) nuts
  • 1 egg
  • 3 ½ cup(s) flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla or almond
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) white sugar
    • 1 cup(s) Brown Sugar
    • 1 cup(s) butter or margarine
    • 1 cup(s) Coconut
    • 1 cup(s) quick oatmeal

Mix all ingredients well and put in refrigerator overnight. Roll into small balls and press down with fork. Bake about 12 minutes at 350.
