Ingredients

  • ¼ headgarlic, minced
  • 5/8 limes, juice of
  • 1/8 cupwhite vinegar
  • ¼ cupfish sauce
  • ¼ cupwhite sugar
  • 1/8 tablespoonchili-garlic sauce
  • ½ cupcold water
