100% Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 c. whole wheat flour
  • ¾ c. yogurt
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • .2 c. whole wheat flour
  • ¾ - 7/8 c. water
  • 1/8 tsp. active dry yeast
  • .2 T. honey
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 T. unsalted butter or oil
    • 1 tsp. salt (use ½ tsp. if you use salted butter)
    • 2 tsp. instant yeast
    • Whole wheat flour for adjustments
