14th Century Roast Cheese!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized swiss cheese or 4 small
  • swiss cheese
  • 1 medium sized swiss cheese or 4 small
  • swiss cheese
  • 4 small
  • swiss cheese

1 take the hole cheese divide it into 4 parts & put it in front of the fire & roast before the fire,always turning the spit,or you can do the same thing without dividing the cheeses for the 4 small cheeses. 2 when roasted serve with toast.
