  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 3 medium cloves garlic, pressed
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 12 lamb chops
