15 Minute Steak Soft Tacos


  • 1 pound(s) boneless top sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
  • 2 cup(s) water
  • 1 cup(s) mild salsa
  • 1 package(s) taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cup(s) white rice, uncooked
  • 8 flour tortilla

Heat oil in skillet. Add steak; cook until lightly browned. Stir in water, salsa, and seasoning mix. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon steak mixture evenly onto tortillas; top with shredded cheddar cheese, if desired. Fold up sides to enclose filling.
