  • 1 packet(s) dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup(s) sour cream
  • 1 pound(s) round steak (¼ inch thick)
  • 1 can(s) sliced mushrooms (with liquid) (3 ounce can)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) flour

Trim fat from meat and reserve. Cut meat diagonally across grain in very thin strips. Heat fat in skillet till you have about 3 tablespoons melted fat (add butter if necessary). Remove trimmings.
