Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 oz bittersweet chocolate (70 g)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 whole egg
