2 Hour Buns (Rolls)

Ingredients

  • 3 cup(s) hot water
  • ½ cup(s) sugar
  • ½ cup(s) oil
  • 2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoon(s) yeast
  • 8 cup(s) flour (approx.), divided

In mixing bowl with beaters, mix together water, sugar, oil, salt and eggs with 2 c. flour. Add yeast and beat 2 minutes. Change to dough hook and add enough flour to make a soft dough.
