2 Hour Buns (Rolls)
Ingredients
- 3 cup(s) hot water
- ½ cup(s) sugar
- ½ cup(s) oil
- 2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoon(s) yeast
- 8 cup(s) flour (approx.), divided
In mixing bowl with beaters, mix together water, sugar, oil, salt and eggs with 2 c. flour. Add yeast and beat 2 minutes. Change to dough hook and add enough flour to make a soft dough. Mix for 5 minutes. Heat oven to 175°. Turn oven OFF. Put dough in greased bowl. Cover and let rise in warm oven...
