2 Hour Rolls


  • ¾ cup(s) water, slightly warm
  • 4 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 6 ¾ cup(s) flour
  • 3 tablespoon(s) yeast (I use SAF)
  • 3 Eggs, well beaten
  • 2 1/6 cup(s) warm milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt

Mix yeast, sugar and water in quart size bowl. Set aside. Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl with lid.
