  • 3 cup(s) flour
  • 2 ½ cup(s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 4 eggs (large)

    • 1 ½ cup(s) Olive Oil
    • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
    • 2 cup(s) shredded carrots
    • 2 cup(s) chopped walnuts
    • ½ can(s) Crushed Pineapple (20 ounce can)
    • ½ cup(s) butter softened
    • 1 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
    • ½ teaspoon(s) vanilla
    • 5 ½ cup(s) Confectioners Sugar

Preheat Oven to 350°. Grease and Flour Pan. Mix Flour, Sugar, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, and Salt.
