24 Hour Vegetable Salad 2

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) lemon juice
  • ¾ cup(s) light mayo
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • ¾ cup(s) Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 4 cup(s) iceberg or romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup(s) carrots, shredded
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) mushrooms, sliced, broccoli, or frozen peas
    • 6 slice(s) cooked bacon, crumbled

Place lettuce in bottom of 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer mushrooms, broccoli, or frozen peas on top.
