3 Layer Pistachio Dessert

Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1 cup(s) flour
  • 1 cup(s) finely chopped nuts
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • ½ cup(s) melted butter
  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup(s) powdered sugar

    • 1 cup(s) Cool Whip
    • 2 ¾ cup(s) milk
    • 1 cup(s) Cool Whip
    • ½ cup(s) nuts, chopped
    • 1 jar(s) maraschino cherry halves
    • 2 package(s) instant pistachio pudding

For crust, mix all ingredients with a fork and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake crust at 350° for 20 minutes and allow to cool. For 1st layer, mix softened cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip.
