A Cake That's Fit For A Queen

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoon(s) butter
• ½ cup(s) fresh milk
• 2 ½ cup(s) icing sugar
• 3 cup(s) flour
• 3 teaspoon(s) baking powder
• 1 cup(s) butter
• 1 cup(s) Sugar
• + 9 more ingredients
• • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup(s) molasses
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cloves
  • 1 teaspoon(s) allspice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) mace
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1 cup(s) fresh milk
  • Frosting
  • ½ teaspoon(s) almond flavoring

Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into large, covered baking pot. Bake in 300 degree oven for 3 hours. After 2-1/2 hours take the cover off. Frosting: Next day. Combine icing sugar, almond flavoring, butter and milk. Mix well( not a fast cake best made the day before...).
