  • 8 cups strong decaffeinated coffee
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 ounces very strong espresso
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 egg yolks
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 ½ cups whole milk
