After-School Applesauce Cake

Ingredients

• 1 ¾ c all-purpose flour
• 2 ½ t baking powder
• 1 c applesauce
• 1 t cinnamon
• ½ t ground cloves
• 1 c raisins
• 1 T all-purpose flour
• + 6 more ingredients
• • ½ c (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 1 c packed brown sugar
  • Icing:
  • 2 T butter, softened
  • 1 ½ c confectioners' sugar
  • 4 t orange juice
