Afternoon Tea Scones

Ingredients

• 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• ¾ teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons cold butter
• 1 egg, lightly beaten

  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
