Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon(s) cream cheese
- 1 pint(s) heavy cream
- Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder
- 1 stick(s) butter
- - ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add cheese. Add heavy cream. Simmer 15 minutes.
