Ingredients
- 1 package(s) cream cheese (8 oz pkg)
- ½ cup(s) butter
- 1 cup(s) half and half
- 1/3 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon(s) garlic powder (optional)
- Pepper, to taste
In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Cut cream cheese into 4 pieces and add to butter. Once butter and cream cheese are mixed well together, add the cup of half and half, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Shake pepper on top.
