  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 ounces almond paste (not marzipan)
  • ¼ cup passion fruit juice, such as Loóza Passion Fruit Nectar
