Almond Florentine and Black Raspberry Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 6 tablespoons sugar
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 pint black raspberry chip ice cream or other raspberry-flavored ice cream
• ¾ cup sliced almonds
• 7 teaspoons all purpose flour
• ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
