Almond Florentine and Black Raspberry Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches
- 7 teaspoons all purpose flour
- 1 pint black raspberry chip ice cream or other raspberry-flavored ice cream
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ¾ cup sliced almonds
- 6 tablespoons sugar
