  • Dash of salt
  • 4 Braeburn apples, halved
  • Dash of ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup apple cider
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

    • 1 tablespoon sugar

    • Apples:
    • ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
    • 3 tablespoons water
    • Sauce:
    • Cooking spray
    • 1 tablespoon brandy
    • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
    • Filling:
    • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
