Ingredients

  • Deep-fry thermometer
  • 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • Lemon wedges
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 2 cups canola oil
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
