  • 24 ounces sweetened flaked coconut
  • 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated orange peel

Position rack in center of oven; preheat to 325°F. Line 3 large rimmed baking sheets with parchment. Using electric mixer, beat butter in large bowl until smooth.
