Amish Breakfast Casserole 5

Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) sliced bacon, diced
  • 1 Sweet Onion,Diced (Medium)
  • 6 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 cup(s) frozen shredded Hash Browns
  • 2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cup(s) small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 ¼ cup(s) shredded Swiss cheese

In a large skillet, cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp, drain. Mix together the remaining ingredients. Stir in diced bacon and onion. Transfer to a greased 9x13 pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until eggs are set and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8-10
