Angel Food Cake Roll


  • 3 drops red food coloring
  • 2 cups reduced-fat whipped topping
  • 1 (16 ounce) package angel food cake mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) container reduced fat strawberry yogurt
  • 1 (1 ounce) package instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 5 teaspoons confectioners' sugar

1. Line a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan with waxed paper. Prepare cake according to package directions. Pour batter into prepared pan.
