Angel-Hair Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

• ½ cup fresh basil
• 1 pound dried capellini (angel-hair pasta)
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 pounds tomatoes
• 1 small garlic clove
