Angel Mallow Frosting


  • ½ cup(s) sugar
  • 1 jar(s) Marshmallow Cream (2 cups 7 ounce jar)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) water
  • ½ teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 2 Egg Whites (Only the white)

Combine sugar, egg whites, and water in double boiler; beat with electric beater over boiling water until soft peaks form. Add marshmallow cream; beat to stiff peaks. Remove from heat; beat in vanilla , if desired tint.
