Angel Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup Ritz cracker, crumbled
  • 1 ½ cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon almond flavoring
