Angler's Crab Imperial

Ingredients

  • green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • ½ teaspoon(s) dry mustard
  • 1 cup(s) cracker crumbs
  • 1 pound(s) fresh lump crabmeat

1.) Combine first five ingredients and mix thoroughly, form into lg cakes 2.) Coat each w/ cracker crumbs and fry in deep fat 350F for five minutes or put crab mixture in buttered casserole and top w/ cracker crumbs, dot w/ butter and bake at 350F for 1/2 hour. Serves 4
