Anise Icebox Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2-½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
    • ½ cup finely chopped Diamond of California® Pecans

1. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.
