Ann's Waffles


  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup(s) oil
  • 1 ½ cup(s) milk, regular or buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 4 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 2 cup(s) AP flour

Sift dry ingredients. Mix egg, milk and oil. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients. Cook in seasoned, preheated waffle iron, approximately 4 minutes until crispy and delicious. Serve with Log Cabin syrup.
