ANTIPASTO SUPREME PASTA SALAD 2

Ingredients

  • 3 cup(s) assorted veggies (like broccoli florets, sliced carrots, cherry tomatoes-halved)
  • 1 cup(s) mozzarella cheese cubes
  • ½ cup(s) red onion, chopped
  • 8 ounce(s) penne pasta
  • 1 cup(s) salami pieces, sliced
  • 1 cup(s) Italian Dressing
  • 2 tablespoon(s) McCormick Salad Supreme seasoning

Cook pasta as directed. Rinse under cold water; drain well. Place pasta in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss gently. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss lightly before serving. Note: This is one of my favorite salads/meals. I do not use the onion. Makes: 8 servings.
