Any Fruit Fast Fat Free Cobbler


  • 1 cupof your favoritefruit, for cobbler
  • 1/8 teaspoonsalt
  • ½ teaspoonbaking powder
  • ¼ cupskim milk
  • ¼ cupflour
  • ¼ cupwhite sugar

1 Combine all of the ingredients except the fruit in a bowl. 2 Pour it into an 8x8 pan coated with cooking spray. 3 Add the fruit right on top. 4 The crust will come up over the fruit and cover it. 5 Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
