Anyday Potato Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup (250 ml) 10% half-and-half cream
  • Salt
  • ¼ cup (50 ml) plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup (50 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice

    • 10 oz (284 g) 1 bag torn romaine lettuce
    • 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled (optional)
    • ¼ cup (50 ml) freshly grated Canadian Parmesan cheese, divided
