  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
  • All-butter pastry dough
  • 1 large baking sheet (at least 14 inches wide)
  • 5 5/6 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Calvados applesauce
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1 ½ tablespoons apple jelly
    • 1 ¾ pounds Gala apples
    • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
