Apple and Cream Cheese Roll-Ups

Ingredients

• 12 sheets frozen phyllo dough, thawed
• Cooking spray
• ½ cup graham cracker crumbs, divided
• ¼ cup sugar, divided

• 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
