Apple-Bacon Barbecue Sauce & Mop
Ingredients
- ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp. celery seed
- ¼ tsp. ground cumin
- ½ tsp. sweet paprika, preferably Hungarian
- ½ tsp. ancho chile powder
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup ketchup
- + 3 more ingredients

- 5 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
- ¾ cup apple juice
- ¼ lb. (4 to 5 slices) bacon
Cook the bacon in a medium skillet over medium-low heat until browned and crisp, 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain the bacon on paper towels and eat it whenever you like.
