Apple Berry Breakfast Crisp

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup(s) packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup(s) Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate, thawed
  • 2 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1 cup(s) quick or old fashioned oatmeal
  • ½ cup(s) firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup(s) Margarine or butter, melted
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoon(s) flour
    • 4 cup(s) peeled and thin sliced apples
    • 2 cup(s) fresh or frozen blueberries or sliced strawberries

Combine oatmeal, melted butter, flour and brown sugar for topping and set aside. Combine filling ingredients, stir until fruit is evenly coated. Spoon filling into 8 inch square baking dish.
