Apple Butter in Slow Cooker

Ingredients

  • 4 cup(s) chopped, peeled apples
  • ¾ cup(s) brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) cloves
  • 2 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup(s) butter, save 2 T.
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt

Cool on low 8 hours. Add 2 T. butter and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla at end of 8 hours.
