  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 6 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
    • Garnishes: orange rind strips, fresh rosemary sprigs

Bring cranberry-orange sauce and next 4 ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
