  • Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup dark brown sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Pinch salt
  • 8 crêpes
  • 5 large apples (about 2-½ lb.); I like Golden Delicious
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 6 Tbs. unsalted butter
    • ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
